Valiryo is a body drying column designed to be installed in the shower, offering you a new drying experience that is more relaxing, hygienic, simple, safe and environmentally friendly. It is made up of a housing that protects all the essential elements from water, a column with 27 diffusers and a control panel that allows you to customise the experience by selecting the power and temperature. Orders are despatched within 24 hours of being confirmed. We will then email you the tracking number. Most of our shipments are sent from our headquarters in Spain, so the time may vary depending on your destination. The usual delivery time is between 2 and 5 days in Europe and between 3 and 7 days for the rest of the world.
The price always includes delivery to your home address, regardless of the country.
As far as taxes and other possible duties are concerned, if you are ordering from the European Union, these are included in the price, so you will not pay extra for the product. Similarly, if you are ordering from the United Kingdom, United States or Canada, we ship DDP so you will not have to pay any additional amount.
If you are ordering from a country other than those listed above, there may be duties and taxes at the border which are the responsibility of the buyer. In this case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask about the options.
Valiryos are shipped in two boxes: one with a motor casing and one with a pillar. Due to their different dimensions, they may arrive separately. So if you receive only one box first, don't worry. You will receive the next one within 24-48 hours.
It is important that when you receive the product you check that the boxes have arrived in perfect condition and that they are not damaged. If you think they may have been damaged, it's important to take a few photos of the damage and send them to us at email@example.com so that we can make a claim to the carrier and make them cover the damage.
Many customers may wait several days or weeks from the time they receive the product until it is installed. It is therefore very important that you check the condition of the boxes to avoid any problems, as after a certain period of time the transport company will no longer be responsible for any damage. We also advise you to take the product out of the box and check that it is in perfect condition by plugging it in.
The installation of Valiryo does not require any alterations and is as simple as hanging a mirror with some kind of light on the wall. First of all, you must choose the right place to install Valiryo according to our advice and depending on the use you are going to give to the body dryer. Yes, Valiryo is adapted for installation in any country. We will send you the unit customised for your country, i.e. with the appropriate type of plug, in case you do not want to install it permanently.
Valiryo requires 220-240V to operate at full power. Therefore, if you live in a country with a 110V system, you should follow our connection guidelines.
No, Valiryo does not require any maintenance. It has been designed to last forever without the need to replace any of its parts.

Valiryo has been designed to minimise incidents. Once the product has been installed correctly, the percentage of incidents is very low. It is therefore very important to ensure that the product has not been damaged during transport and that it has been installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
In the case of a malfunction, it is possible to replace damaged components, with clear instructions on how to do so without dismantling the product. Finally, the product is collected by our technical service for repair and returned to the customer.
