• When was the Feet Dryer launched? Is it the only one on the market?

Valiryo Feet Dryer was launched in March 2025 and is the only foot dryer specifically engineered for safe and effective foot drying. It features a dedicated space for each foot, enveloping airflow technology, optional UV light for hygiene, and ergonomic design that allows use either seated or standing.

Unlike platforms that blow air from bottom to top, potentially compromising hygiene and safety, Valiryo delivers uniform air from the front and sides and keeps impurities from being pushed upward. We prioritize cleanliness and ergonomic comfort for the most complete drying experience.

• How was Valiryo Feet Dryer designed?

Our team in Spain designed the Valiryo Feet Dryer entirely in-house, making it a 100% European innovation. From concept to production, our engineers and designers focused on key aspects like ergonomics, safety, user experience, and energy efficiency.

We’ve also registered the product's industrial design to protect our innovation and ensure its exclusivity, reinforcing our commitment to developing life-improving technologies.

• What certifications does Valiryo Feet Dryer have? 

Valiryo Feet Dryer is CE marked, meaning it complies with the safety standards required across the European Union. It is also certified for the North American market. As a newly launched product, it is undergoing certification in additional markets. Regardless of location, you will always receive the correct model adapted to your country’s electrical standards and plug type. In most regions, certification is not required for private use. Certification becomes necessary only for commercial imports or professional distribution.

• Can the Feet Dryer be used in all countries?
  

Yes. Valiryo adapts each unit to match the electrical voltage (110 V or 220 V) and plug type (F, B, or G) of your country. When purchased via our website, you will always receive a model that is ready to use, without adapters or transformers. We aim to provide a worry-free experience anywhere in the world.

• How should the Feet Dryer be used?

Using it is easy: place one foot near the platform and the sensor will activate the dryer automatically. You can use it standing or sitting, and there's no need to bend or press any buttons. Dry one foot at a time, moving your foot as needed for comfort or to focus airflow on certain areas.

• How have we ensured safe usage?

Drying one foot at a time increases stability, as your other foot remains grounded. Unlike platforms that require full-body balance, Valiryo avoids that risk. It can also be used seated, providing a safer option for those with reduced mobility. 

Its non-slip base secures it to the floor, preventing movement during use and ensuring a stable, safe experience.

• What is the estimated drying time?

The average drying time is approximately 12 seconds per foot under optimal conditions. While quick, the experience can also be extended for relaxation. Duration may vary depending on temperature, humidity, and installation location.

• How is Valiryo Feet Dryer activated and turned off?

The dryer is fully automatic. It turns on when a foot is detected and switches off a few seconds after the foot is removed. No buttons, no bending—just walk up and dry. This contactless system enhances hygiene and is ideal for users with limited mobility. 

HYGIENE AND HEALTH

• How have we maximized the product’s hygiene?

Valiryo Feet Dryer includes a UV light system to reduce bacteria and microorganism presence during drying. Operating in a safe 395–405 nm UVA range, the UV light is optional and user-controlled. A built-in HEPA filter also purifies the air, removing up to 99.95% of particles. This double layer of hygiene helps prevent odors, fungal infections, and skin irritation.

• How does the antibacterial treatment work?

The dryer’s surface is coated with a silver ion-based antibacterial treatment. This inhibits bacterial growth directly on the device, creating a more hygienic and safer drying environment.

• Does the device require cleaning or maintenance?

Minimal upkeep is needed. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap occasionally. The only component requiring periodic attention is the HEPA filter, which should be replaced about once a year depending on usage.

• Where should Valiryo Feet Dryer be installed?

It can be used in bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, wellness areas, or professional spaces (nursing homes, spas, gyms, etc.). It's also great in dressing areas or home entrances, especially in cultures where removing shoes is common. It only requires a flat surface and standard plug—no fixed installation needed.

• Can it be used in humid environments? (IP53 rating)

Yes. With an IP53 rating, Valiryo is protected against dust and water splashes. It is safe for bathrooms or locker rooms but should not be exposed to direct water jets or submersion.

• What noise level does the Feet Dryer produce?

It operates below 80 dB—similar to a household hair dryer or lively conversation. The sound is brief and optimized for use in home or relaxation spaces.

• How much energy does the device consume?

It uses a maximum of 1000 W, less than a typical hair dryer or space heater. With just ~24 seconds per session, energy consumption is minimal. Plus, it saves water, electricity, and detergent by eliminating towel usage.

• Why is Valiryo Feet Dryer eco-friendly?

By replacing towels, it reduces laundry frequency, saving over 35 liters of water per person each week. Less washing means fewer microplastics in water and a smaller carbon footprint from laundry-related energy use

• Is the UV light safe?

Yes. The UV light is UVA (395–405 nm), a spectrum deemed safe for skin and eyes under normal use. It can be toggled on/off easily, giving you full control over your hygiene preferences.
