Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within a period of 30 natural days from the receipt of your order (delivery date recorded by the transportation company through the shipment tracking number). This is the usual timeframe offered in most countries worldwide in accordance with consumer protection laws, surpassing the legally established 14 natural days within the European Union for exercising your right of withdrawal.
This allows you to return products without providing a reason, provided that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Therefore, it's essential that you keep the original boxes, as returns will not be accepted in other packaging that doesn't ensure the product's integrity during the return transport. Similarly, Valiryo will not provide boxes for the return under any circumstances.
As previously mentioned, installation is necessary to test the product. Therefore, certain elements required for assembly will become unusable. These will not be considered when assessing the product's return in perfect condition. Conversely, we will verify that the product is free of dents or defects and functions correctly. In the case of a product specifically customized for you, returns will not be possible.

Return Process and Conditions
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal or wish to return a product for any other reason, please contact us through our website or by email within 30 natural days from the receipt of your order. Due to the logistical complexity involved in transporting our body dryer, which is voluminous, we will arrange for our regular transportation company to collect it from your residence. You will only need to affix the labels we provide to the boxes and contact the transportation company we indicate to arrange the pickup. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. The return cost will be informed and justified with an invoice to the customer, and this amount will be deducted from the refund issued by the company.
